All patients are required to wear a mask at all times while in our offices.

All patients must wait 20 minutes inside the office after receiving their injection(s).

All patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian at their appointment. If other arrangements need to be made, please contact the front desk at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
