At Northern Nevada Allergy, we want you to be an informed and educated patient. We constantly review the latest medical literature and research in order to bring you the most up-to-date care possible. We also provide you with resources to help you understand your allergies and your treatment.

Patient Policies
 

Appointment Cancellation Policy

This appointment time has been reserved especially for you. If you are unable to keep your appointment, kindly let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can make the slot available to someone else. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

New Patient Paperwork

Our new patient packet takes quite a bit of time to complete but it is contains important background information for our clinical team. In order to ensure we stay on time please arrive to your new patient appointment with all paperwork completed. If you are unable to complete the paperwork prior to checking in please arrive 35 minutes before your scheduled visit. If the paperwork is not completed or completed in time, we may need to reschedule your new patient appointment to a later date.

Perfumes and Colognes

Many of our patients are extremely sensitive to odors. Out of consideration for these patients, please do not wear perfumes, colognes, or scented lotions while in the office.

Food

Out of courtesy for our patients who have food allergies, please do not bring food on the day of your visit unless specifically instructed by a staff member.
